    Very average hotel. Quite dated decor and dingy lighting. The service for our business wasn't great, coffee was late, not enough cups etc.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful during a wedding a recently attended at the Brook Hotel. The room was decorated beautifully and it was clear that the team organising the wedding had an excellent rapport of the bride and groom, making the day even more special. Unfortunately the food wasn't amazing. I was brought and meat rather than a vegetarian option twice and the vegetables were over cooked. Despite this the waiting team were friendly and very apologetic about the mistake in the meal. Overall a lovely experience.
